Funny Little Thing

I just watched the movie When Harry Met Sally...one of my favorite movies, and I heard a quote in it that made me think of Ted and I so much. I LOVE when that happens, it makes me love the movie (and Ted) even more. :)

Harry: There are two kinds of women: high maintenance and low maintenance.
Sally: Which one am I?
Harry: You're the worst kind; you're high maintenance but you think you're low maintenance.
Sally: I don't see that.
Harry: You don't see that? Waiter, I'll begin with a house salad, but I don't want the regular dressing. I'll have the balsamic vinegar and oil, but on the side. And then the salmon with the mustard sauce, but I want the mustard sauce on the side. "On the side" is a very big thing for you.
Sally: Well, I just want it the way I want it.
Harry: I know; high maintenance.

Oh, and by the way, this going back to NYE...this movie has the BEST new year's eve scene EVER!

NYE is over rated! :)

Well it is just me at home tonight. The man of the house is out playing music with his friends. He is writing songs and getting input and such. Really, I have no idea what he is doing because I am not that musical. For instance, last night:

Ted: Hey, help me finish writing this song. We can do it together, it will be fun.

Me: Ummm...okay. (He NEVER comes from the Basement Corner (as I call it secretly, it is where my husband dwells in his spare time...no garages for him!) asking for help. Well except one time when he wanted me to play a steady beat on his drumset...but that night did not turn out well.) :)

Ted: Alright this is what I have so far....(plays song on electric guitar, sings first verse and chorus)

Now, I know this beginning of the song by heart because I have heard it about 200 times echoing up from the basement over the past month.

Ted: I was thinking about writing about how "pride comes before the fall" and how I've fallen.

He looks at me.

Me: Umm...okay.

He scribbles lyrics, sings them a few times.

Ted: Okay, now I need to say something about the price of apologies. What do you think?

He looks at me.

Me: Ummm...apologies cost more than you could ever think.

Ted: Okay...maybe..

Me (Still in the mode of thinking up lyrics)I sing loudly: Apologies cost more than you could ever think, okay she's right I do look good in pink!

He looks at me like I am crazy and then proceeds to finish up the second verse kind of on his own and then retreats back to his corner.

Me: Glad I could help!! :)

(FYI: I am aware that songs don't need to rhyme...but I was trying my best!)

So, anyway, tonight Ted is off with musical people who can actually help and inspire him. :)

For me, I am going to clean up the house for some COMPANY we are having tomorrow and I am taking down some of the Christmas decorations. I took some ornaments off the tree and I felt like Charlie Brown when he was trying to hang one up. Needles fell by the hundreds and I could hear the piano keys tinking inside my head as they fell. (You'd have to see A Charlie Brown Christmas)

The COMPANY that I am SOOOO excited for is:

1. Will and Julie (Ted's brother and wife) and their children, Maddie (3) and Bailey (1). They are coming for a quick visit/tour.

AND

2. My dad and his fiance Tami are coming up for two nights. We haven't seen my dad or Tami since my graduation, and it will be fun taking them out on the town for NYE. As long as we are home by 10pm, my dad likes his early nights! ;)

New Year's Eve is over rated anyway. I always feel like I should have on a dress that just makes me sparkle with beauty and we should be at a swank party and dance the night away. It's so silly. :) (But, hey, who says I can't someday????) I like the low key nights with my hubby anyway!

On a more serious note...

I have been thinking A LOT about the baby that is on its way. I read every night about how it is developing, how it is changing me, and how I can most help the baby to develop and grow healthily. But, something that Ted and I have been thinking about the most is the baby-to-be’s spiritual life. Will our child grow up to know who Jesus really is and have a true understanding of Him? How can we help our baby to know and love Jesus? How can we help our baby to be confident about his or her faith? And, one of the most important questions is how can we support and help our future child to be comfortable enough in his or her faith to ask questions and seek answers when it comes to faith?

Whew! I feel like we have so much we are going to be responsible for. (Which, of course, we are) But, I am not worried about the diaper changing, the feeding, the bathing, etc. because I can learn all of that with practice and advice and help. But, I am worried (maybe worried isn’t the right word) about our child and his or her faith in Jesus Christ. We want to be able to share that with our child and experience God and Jesus as a family, and know that in hard times (and in times of joy) we can rely on Him, thanking and praising Him, knowing that he will take care of us.

Lately, Ted and I have kind of had a hard time with all of these things, which is partly why I am concerned how we will help our children, if we are not good models. So I pray, that God would renew us and that we would kick our butts into gear and stop whining like we are 5 years old. God is probably growing tired of us being “luke warm.” Sorry Ted, I know you hate Christianese terms.

The verse that the message was based on in church today was really a good reminder and it was uplifting for me to hear.

“You used to be far from God. Your thoughts made you his enemies, and you did evil things. But his Son became a human and died. So God made peace with you, and now he lets you stand in his presence as people who are holy and faultless and innocent. But you must stay deeply rooted and firm in your faith. You must not give up the hope you received when you heard the good news. It was preached to everyone on earth, and I myself have become a servant of this message.” Colossians 1: 21-23 (CEV)

(The person who is talking is Paul.)

The question we need to ask is ‘Are we servants of his message? Or are we observers?’

Merry Christmas!

Happy Christmas to everyone! I love this time of year and I am so excited. The build-up to Christmas is the best part. The anticipation...times with family and friends...the food...the giving and receiving of gifts...the celebration of the birth of Jesus...and more. Ted and I LOVE Christmas; it is our absolute most favorite holiday.

Ted and I hosted our small group Christmas party, which was tons of fun. The highlight of the party was the vintage bed pan that was traded around during our white elephant gift exchange. Ted and I had it at one point, but we lost it and received some random tea lights and tea light holders. At least we didn't get the weird squash....

Ted and I had our Christmas together this morning at home. Ted got me so many lovely gifts.

Lots of chocolate. (For the baby of course)
Two books.
An awesome Simple satchel. (see simple shoes website) :)
A crazy nice diaper bag that is so cool. It doesn't even hint at being a diaper bag.
BRIGHT GREEN Simple shoes.
and more little things.

Here's a pic of the Diaper bag. So CUTE!
I got Ted a new wallet, a pair of jeans, the Tales of Beetle the Bard (or whatever :) ), lots of Bath and Body Works stuff he likes (C! O! BIGELOW!), the She and Him CD, and some other little things.

Today we are hanging out in Boyne with relatives, going to the Christmas Eve service at 4pm in Charlevoix, and then headed back to Boyne for Shrimp and cheese fondu. (A Polleys Christmas Eve tradition). I just got done with my duty of slicing the french bread for the fondu. YUMMY! Tomorrow we will wake up and have a big Polleys family Christmas, and just relax.

Oh, by the way, my belly is beginning to show, I am a pregnant mama and proud of it! I got some new maternity jeans just to prove it! :) Being pregs is fun!

Oh no....a new obsession!

I was online today and found the cutest crib bedding at a website called serenaandlily.com

Aren't these the cutest..I NEED to find out if I am having a boy or girl! ;)
(and I need a bigger budget!)

Baby Polleys Update

Hi all!
I wanted to give a little update about the baby growing in my belly! :) I am 14 weeks and 5 days pregs. Yesterday afternoon I had my four-month doctor's appointment, and I knew some of you wanted to hear about it; especially my mom who had to leave for Alaska yesterday morning.
I still don't know the sex of the baby, but I will find out at my next appt. So, I will keep you posted. BUT, I did get to listen to the baby's heartbeat for the first time. It beats 150 times per minute, which is soo fast! But, that is perfectly normal. I almost cried when I heard it because it made the baby that much more real (sometimes it's still hard to believe that I am pregnant.) I was so happy to hear its little, tiny heart deep, down in my belly.

I also found out that I still haven't gained any weight. My doctor isn't worried about it, he said that since I am just entering the second trimester and the holidays are coming up, he wouldn't be surprised if I gained 7 to 10 pounds before my next appt. in January. I know I am supposed to be gaining weight but 10 pounds in 4 weeks??? That's 2.5 pounds a week! It will be interesting to see how my body changes over the next month.
Speaking of that, I got my first taste of maternity clothes from my mom and sister yesterday at our little family Christmas. They got me some cute layering shirts in three different colors and then a sweater coat that is mid-thigh length with big buttons and a tie around the upper waist. It is super cute. It will be perfect for when I am bigger in February and March (and April, May and June!)

My mom also got me a Boppy which is like a U-shaped pillow that I can use during breastfeeding and for the baby when s/he is first learning to prop him/herself up and sit up and such! :) It is soooo exciting!

Here is a pic of the sweater I got. It is super warm. I think I will wear it a lot when I work at the library, it is always chilly in there. :)

Here is a pic of the Boppy I got. It is girly colors but it is just a slip cover. I think once I find out I will pick a fabric I like a have a new slipcover made. I know someone who would just love to do that! ;)

RIF! (Reading is Fun!) :)

So here I am sitting at work…typing up some stories. I feel kind of guilty, BUT it is a really slow day AND I only have 30 more minutes left here anyway. I wanted to write while I had some ideas fresh on my mind. I just checked in the Movie Dan in Real Life, which makes me really want to go home and watch it because Ted and I LOVE that movie.

I then started wishing I could go home and start reading my book right away because I LOVE that too. It is called The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society. I am only on page 80, but I can already tell it is more than worth the read. It sounds like one of those old lady books that get mixed up in the jumble of the other 5 books she is reading (trust me that really happens, I see it all the time). But, this is not a book just for old ladies!! It takes place right after WWII in England and on the Channel Islands. It is written in letter format. So you get to read all of the letters one particular lady is sending out to various people and what they write back to her. The premise is that this lady (Juliet) is an author and TIME magazine wants her to do a piece about the war in relation to literature. She finds a group of people that live on one of the Channel Islands that formed a book club during the German occupation. I know it sounds like it is iffy…but you should give it a chance.

Another book you should read: The Mysterious Benedict Society. It is for young adults, but it is good writing, just like how Harry Potter is for young adults but adults love them. I have read The Mysterious Benedict Society and I got the second book in the series, The Mysterious Benedict Society and the Perilous Journey, as an early Christmas present (Izabella opened it yesterday, convinced that she must have another present to open…she is 2 J ). These books are about 4 kids who were orphans and then were recruited for a secret mission. Lame sounding? Maybe… Super entertaining and a fun, relaxing read? YES!

Sorry to Amazon for copying and pasting the pics. I really hope that isn't illegal. :)

and now....it is time to go home! Yay for multitasking!

PICTURES!

Okay, so I got really excited when I got home from work and I decided to upload some pictures. I also realized how lame and boring my blog looked. So here is a sampling. :) Enjoy!

Pre-Baked Apple Pie that I made in September

and...voila! A yummy homemade apple pie made by chef Sarah. Her first ever!

Here is one of our favorite ornaments on our tree. On the back it has our wedding date.

Here is our pretty tree. We had so much fun decorating it.
The roses are from my dad for graduating.

The Kitchen. Very white, yet very functional. It will be remodeled before we move someday.

Here me in my grad garb. A very fun morning, with a fun family lunch after!
Me and my hubby.

Izabella and then Olivia, my neices. My sister likes to take fancy pics of them. :)

Okay, that's all for now. :)

Lots of Things to Share!

Well the news is out! I love finding out who already knows about our new little baby-to-be. Info like this spreads like wildfire. I went back to work today at the library and half the staff already knew! I hadn’t worked since September! It is so funny. I love telling people and seeing how excited they get, and I love how excited Ted and I are.

I am fourteen weeks pregnant now. My clothes are almost too tight, but not yet. I think I am going to have to do some maternity shopping in January. Yay! We will find out if the baby is a boy or girl in January as well. Ted and I cannot wait to find out, because we are dying (well, mostly me) to do the nursery. One of my coworkers just gave me the idea of decorating the whole nursery in black and white (which babies love because it is what they can distinguish most) and then accent with bright red. You can make it cutesy if it is a girl, and it works super great for a boy. So we will see. I LOVE the idea.

In other news…My mom is visiting from Alaska, and she is busy visiting all her friends and family. She got to come to Mount Pleasant to see me GRADUATE!!! I finally have my Bachelor’s and soon I will have my provisional certificate to teach. I am so excited. Hopefully, I will be able to find a full time teaching job for next fall. But, back to my mom…she loves AK (and so does Nick) and she has lots of stories. We are having a family Christmas tomorrow (Tuesday) with my sister Samantha and her two girls Olivia and Izabella. I can’t wait till next year when our baby will have its first Christmas! He or she will be about six months old; it’ll be so much fun.

So that’s all the big news I have for now…Graduation, Baby, Mom visiting, Family Christmas…and we are still organizing and LOVING our new house. We have our tree up and lots of Christmas decorations. I will post some pics from the family Christmas and of the new house. I just need to find the time. I am very busy as you can probably tell. :)

Mmm...Turkey and Potatoes

Happy Thanksgiving!

Ted and I are spending time at the Polleys Parents today. I am kind of bummed about not seeing anyone on my side of the family, but it is nice to just relax and not have to travel anywhere far.

Dad and Tami are in Florida visiting my Grandma Barbara.
Mom and Nick live in Alaska.
Erica, Chris and Emma live in Pennsylvania.
Sam, Bill, Olivia, Izabella and my Grandpa all live 4 hours downstate.

So, our options were sort of limited anyway. I have a lot of school work to do this weekend as well so I can make sure I graduate. :)

Happy Thanksgiving to all and remember to count your blessings. There are so many things to be thankful for that are easy to forget.

An Early Christmas Surprise!

Sorry I have not posted in so long (for those of you who check this daily, waiting for my next magnificent post)...

I have been sooo busy with school (Dec. 13th is the big day!), and moving into our new house. Ted and I have been trying to put our house together before Thanksgiving and Christmas, which I think we may be 99% done by Christmas.

Right now we are painting our bedroom. The color is called Mercer Blue, or in other words a grayish-blue. It is very nice and is going to go awesome with our new sleigh bed. Today we are actually going to paint the trim and we will be done.

Our next item to tackle will be furniture/TV. We are going to be buying bits and pieces over the next few months as our budget allows. We are excited, and our house already feels like home.

So you are probably wondering what the early Christmas surprise is....well, for those of you who do not already know, I am pregnant!

It is crazy, fun, exciting, and even more CRAZY! But we love it and we are so excited for this little baby growing in my belly as we speak (or type). Right now, I am 11 weeks along, so I am not showing or wearing maternity clothes or anything like that....yet.

All I can say is that God couldn't have planned a better time for us to have a baby. He or she will be born around June 13th, a perfect little summer baby! :) I have all winter and spring to care for and nourish this baby while it grows, we can't wait!!!!!

So, I guess the next item on our To Do list should be the nursery!

Love you all!

Halloween! (Is it over yet?)

Today, the day before Halloween, I just discovered the magnitude of the holiday when it takes place inside a elementary school. Want to here our plans for our students tomorrow? (well, here they are even if you care not to know..)

1. A morning writing activity where students will write riddles for their friends to solve about the costume they are going to wear later on.

2. Walk 4 blocks to Sunnybank (assisted living), to sing Halloween carols. They are to the tune of Christmas carols, it's quite funny. Enjoy a snack there.

3. Back to school for a special Halloween lunch.

4. A movie with popcorn and a drink. Students will change into their costumes. The movie is to kind of just take up some time and tone down the craziness of 24 second graders changing in a bathroom.

5. Parade out of the school, as a school to downtown Charlevoix for business's to pass out candy.

6. Back to school for an in-class Halloween party for the last hour and a half of the school day.

WOW! It is going to be such a crazy day, but I am going to love it. Students are soo excited about their costumes and they are so proud of them as well. I will have to stop by and make sure I see my kindergartener's costumes too.

Roxann and I are going to be Raggidy (sp?) Ann and Andy. :) It will be fun.

BUT, the best part of the day is going to be at 8pm when Ted and I f
inally reach my dad's house and catch the very end of our niece's coming off their sugar high! :) Izabella is going to be spiderman, and Liv is going to be either a dead ballerina, a princess, or a regular ballerina...I haven't heard the latest. :)

Here are some cute fall pics of some of my favorite girlies!

Football, Paint ball, and the OG

Today, I am taking a much needed day of rest. I have been kind of sick all week, not sick enough to call 3 different people and let them know that I can't make it in to school, but sick enough to dread every moment I am teaching and running around.

I am trying to get all of Central's "extra" requirements for student teaching done today, while I am sitting around with my feet up. I promised myself I would take a huge chunk out of my To-Do List, while Ted is out and about shooting youth group kids with paint balls.

When Ted gets home we are going to catch the end of the Michigan/Michigan State game together, which should be an interesting game, and I am kind of scared that if Michigan doesn't win, Ted will be scarred forever.

Well, I should get back to my To-Do List, writing a message is definitely not a part of it. Oh yeah, and on a really happy note, last night Ted, Mom Polleys and I went to the Olive Garden. Nothing helps a sick, tired girl like a bowl full of noodles and cheese. :)

Oh and P.S. we are counting down until we can move into our new home. Probably about 2-3 weeks to go...oh Joy!

Why Live Anywhere Else?

We think these pictures will speak for themselves. Enjoy!

A Prayer Comes True!

The answer to our prayers is: A Gorgeous Home!!!!

Theodore and I have a place to live and it's IN Charlevoix, 5 minutes from everywhere we always go! It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a finished basement! It is on a nice corner lot, has a heated garage, and we LOVE it!

Sorry for all of the exclamation marks, but I really can't help it. We are so excited, and we can't wait to move in. We now have a place that we can call our own. We can be home by ourselves, make dinner together, and have an hour less in the car each day. We get giddy when we talk about it. We can have small group, youth group, friends, family and more come over to OUR house.

Now we understand the pride that comes with home ownership. Ted and I are excited to care for our home as well as clean it, fix it up, mow the lawn, shovel the drive, paint rooms colors we want, and more. We are excited for the responsibility. Now for some pics of our HOME!

Here it is! (more pics once we move in)

Happy Birthday ya Griggs!

Today is Ted's birthday, and he is now a quarter of a century old. Yikes!

I think I get more excited for his birthdays than he does.

"I've been around for 25 of 'em...it's not a big deal."

"But, Ted, I have only been around for 4 of them!"

He laughs, but we both still know that he needs to go lead a small group full of teenage boys, which is going great by the way.

You can tell how excited I get for his birthday, because I think about what the PERFECT present could be, what a card should say, and what we should spend the evening doing. But, this year, the first birthday after we are married, is different.

He picked out his own present, after running it by me first (a volume pedal for his guitar). We can't spend the actual night together. AND, I didn't even go out and get a card (partially because Ted thinks cards are a waste of trees and money.)

So here I am, on Ted's b-day, hanging out at home by myself (yes, even the parents are out), while Ted is off having fun with some guys. I guess I'll get to my homework.

Happy Birthday Ted! (gotta love a mac!)

Fall!

Today was the first day, for Ted and I, where it actually felt like fall (even though temps keep getting into the mid 70's).

We woke up around 8:30, took our time getting around and headed to Friske's at around 10am. We drove through East Jordan and Ellsworth, and lots of the trees are popping with color; reds, oranges, yellows and browns. We kept stopping each other mid-conversation saying, "Oh Oh look over there on that hill. See it? See it?" Also, Ted and I had a friendly debate about which season we each loved most (after fall of course). I decided on summer and Ted decided on Winter.

Friske's was having their Fall Harvest Festival, which was super exciting. There were so many families enjoying the weather, the apples, the pumpkins and the wagon rides. Ted and I decided to do the "U Pick" apples. We got LOTS of Honey Crisp, and then we got a variety of baking apples. (We decided to try to make our very own, first, apple pie!)

After we got our apples, we got some cider and donuts, which were very delightful. Ted said, "I just had the best donut of my life! Do you know what that means?!?" Which I didn't.

When we left Friske's we went to Bolt's Farm and bought a small, a medium and a large pumpkin...all for $10. Sorry to Friske's who charges $9 a pop.

While driving home we decided to go for a bike ride since it was so beautiful. We
packed up our bikes, changed, and headed for Petoskey, so we could get on the Wheel Way and ride to Harbor Springs. What a ride! We hadn't rode in a while and we could feel it. But, it was gorgeous and super fun. We ate lunch at Turkeys, where I had a Tuna Tomato, which was delish! We rode back to Petoskey at a faster pace, and we made some good time.

At home, we watched Michigan football and listened to Central Michigan football. We then enjoyed some dinner, and went to a concert with Secondhand headlining.

Ted and I realized that it was such a perfect day. We had tons of fun, got to spend a lot of time with just the two of us, and it felt like fall was finally here. We were so thankful for where we live and all of the things we get to do. And, I just love doing it all with Ted.

A Home for Sarah and Ted?

We are very excited to announce that we might be in the process of almost buying a house!

WOW, we have come so far!

For those of you who may not know, we have lived in three different places during our first year of marriage. Each place has been unique, each place has had its ups and downs, and each place has never really been our own.

Place #1:
Apartment, Charlevoix, MI
Very cute, 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. Comes with your own yard and a white picket fence. Please disregard noisy neighbors, skunks who enjoy the trash, and the kitchen/living/dining room combo.

Place #2:
A Farm House, East Jordan, MI
AWESOME, 5 bedroom, 3 bath home, with extravagant country views. Professional grade appliances included! Tons of room for hunting and Christmas parties. Also includes the one of a kind experience of chopping, stacking, and then the chucking of wood into an outdoor boiler...twice a day!

Place #3:
Parent's House, Boyne City, MI
Spacious, walkout basement with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Parents in the upper level of home are practically unnoticed. Free meals on the dining room table around 6pm every night. Offers the chance to bond with mom and dad in a way that you thought was never possible with your spouse; including sharing a washer and dryer, having lengthy debates about politics/education and more!

Three houses, three towns, one year.

Ted and I are ready for a place to call our own, to say the least. But, in all seriousness, we have had such great experiences in each of these places. We will never live in a house that is as nice as Place #2 or Place #3. And, we will never trade living in downtown Charlevoix at Place #1, during our first summer together, for ANYTHING else. We are so grateful for what we have and where we live. No matter where it is. Our home is wherever Ted and I are...together. That is enough for us!

Thanks to CHX Apt.'s, the Shaw's, and the Polleys Parents!

Penny from Heaven

I recently decided that I am going to read (or attempt to read) all of the Newbery Award and Newbery Honor books. Not just for 2008, but for 2007, 2006, 2005...all the way to the beginning. I decided to start with 2008 because the first book that won the award, frankly, did not sound that appealing.

The beginning is 1922! Yikes! I know this is a great task, but I believe I will experience so many great types of stories and that excites me. The Newbery acknowledges great children's literature (not to be confused with the Caldecott Award for illustrations).

I know I should have started sooner in the summer because this fall I will be so busy. But, I will make time to read whether at night or on the weekends. So far I have read: Elijah of Buxton, The Wednesday Wars, and Feathers. The best one (in my beginner's opinion) out of these three is Elijah of Buxton. This book takes place during the slavery era in Canada and it will have you laughing at many points, pondering at others, and even crying toward the end. It is very well done. Christopher Paul Curtis is such an amazing writer, and he is from Michigan! The other two books take place in middle schools during the 1960's and 1970's and are also very good.
So three books down, many, many, many to go. It is going to be a fun literary journey. Let me now of any you have read and your opinion on them.

Enjoy the Labor Day weekend! (Currently I am reading Penny from Heaven.)

Dreams of Sharpened Colored Pencils

Days of sand between our toes, tank tops, and extra amounts of ice cream are quickly saying good-bye. Some may say ‘bummer’ but I say HOORAY! The smells of new crayons, sounds of early morning school buses and sights of smiling faces in new back-to-school clothes excite me, school is here! Let the first bell ring! Bring out the colorful arrays of brightly colored construction paper!

This year, September 3rd is the magical day. What makes it even more magical is that the time has come (after 17 years) for me to be on the opposite side of the desk. I am no longer a student, I am a teacher! (Yet I am still complete with my smiling face and new back-to-school clothes.) I will have 20 moldable minds within my reach, waiting for my instruction. I hope to show them what they need to succeed in life, as well as how to become a person of character and good judgment. I hope to help them realize the world for what it is and how they (each and every one of them) can make a positive difference in it. I hope to help their optimism, innocence and enthusiasm thrive. I also pray that each one of them will grow up knowing the love and grace of their Creator, who knows each and every hair on their heads.

But, the funny thing about being a teacher is that you never stop being a student. Besides all of the obvious things like homework, taking notes, staying organized, being on time, and being prepared, there is one, maybe not-so-obvious idea, in which we will learn something new everyday. And, not just at a PD Day or a conference, but within the very classroom that we teach. We will learn something significant everyday, whether it is how we can improve ourselves, our lessons, our classroom, or how the simple story from a child’s life can change how we look at everything in the world.

This year I am not an “official” teacher, but a student-teacher. I will be in a Kindergarten classroom for eight weeks, and then a second grade classroom for eight weeks. I will graduate on December 13th, and then I can find where I belong in the world of education. Pray for me, wish me luck, whatever your fancy. I ’ll let you know the view from the other side.
